Species Distribution
Within Japan, distribution is from the southern part of Kyushu area to Nansei Islands. Outside of Japan, this species can be found in areas such as Taiwan and the Philippines.

This plant is a perennial plant found on raised coral limestone along coasts. It blooms with yellow flowers from spring to summer.
